What Does Depression Actually Looks Like

 

DEPRESSION: A common Syndrome For teenagers like me. To me depression feels like you are drowning and there is none to save you, it feels like you know how to swim but still you don't wanna! You just want to drown as soon as possible! 

 Truely Depression feels like- nothing is real around you. The future can feel inconceivable sometimes. Sometime you will feel like you are good for nothing and in future people will suffer for you frustated behavior, and for all these reasons suicidal thoughts may appear in your mind.

Symptoms Of Depression:

• Feeling extreme sadness
• Loss of pleasure in once enjoyable activities
• Feeling hopeless and worthless
• Feeling irritable
• Experiencing difficulty sleeping or concentrating
